CRASH REPLACEMENT
Should you have been so unlucky as to irreparably damage your 8000 ULTRA series wheel or wheels, CITEC will replace this at a discounted rate of 50% of the then current retail price. This is valid during the first two years of ownership by the first time buyer and is regardless of whether the damage was caused by the customer or someone else.
In the third year of ownership by the first time buyer this discount is reduced to 40% of the then current retail price.
This is how it works:
You must register your purchase with CITEC within 4 weeks of purchase, either by using the on-line form or by sending the guarantee card to CITEC Germany. Please make sure to include the name of the dealer and the date of purchase.
