"... sheer delight!"
8000 CX/63 ULTRA Carbon Clincher
12 spokes in the front wheel and 21 spokes in the rear wheel. The latest incarnation combines a lenticular shape with "shark-skin" carbon surface with 63 mm depth for clinchers. Good aerodynamics and all round usability!
Patented CITEC Concave-System rim structure with machined aluminium braking surface and double wall hollow construction with Aramid honeycomb interior.
The 63 mm rim depth offers increased performance while still maintaining good handling in windy conditions.
This is the choice for the athlete who wants to race deep section rims in adverse weather. A light wheel set which also features the ingenious Power Block System and the new patented Concave System rim. Despite its low weight this wheel set is extremely stiff due to the ETS spoking pattern. 1565 grams for the pair!
High Performance braking without the need for special brake pads and 5 year guarantee against spoke breakage speak for themselves.
